Gestern wurde bekannt gegeben, dass Tomohiko Ito als Ehrengast auf der AnimagiC 2016 (29.-31. Juli) anwesend sein wird.
I already collected all Bakemonogatari volumes so the sequel is a must buy for me. Nisemonogatari has a different focus but I enjoyed it as much as it predecessor. Please note that some photos shows some moire, that isn’t as visible as on the items.

I ordered the Fate/Zero box from Amazon.co.jp because it was cheaper than from Rightstuf, so I got it one day after the Japanese release. This article is quite short and won’t write anything about the series itself. When I checked the episodes‘ runtimes it looks there a couple of minutes new material in comparison to the TV version, especially on the last disk.

„Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Boku-tachi wa Mada Shiranai.“ is my favorite series of the Spring season and will probably also be one of my all-time favorites, so the Blu-rays are a must buy for me. The extras and the great image quality make the series really import-worthy.

Another series finished buying! I’m at the moment synchronizing the existing subtitles from fansubs to the series and I’m currently at Volume 4 and I hope I will finish this by next week, so I will then offer the subtitles. This volume includes the last episode of the TV run (13, Graduation), the home video exclusive „filler episode“ Stairway to Heaven and „ANOTHER EPILOGUE“. I have to wait for subtitles for the new stuff but the bonus episode is definitely a more comedic one.

If everything goes on like planned, this will be a trilogy of Angel Beats! posts. Because of a lot of busy weekends I wasn’t able to keep up with writing about all the Blu-rays that came. Furthermore, I still have to synchronize some subtitles to begin watching the series, but at least I want to finish the posts^^;.
This volume includes episode 4 (Favorite Flavor) and 5 (Family Affair).

Yesterday I thought that I finished my first Japanese series on Blu-ray singles and then they announced Kizumonogatari ^^;. And I think the other missing novels will also follow sooner or later, but I hope they will do OVAs or a complete TV series, because the wait after a release in cinemas would be really annoying…see The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya -_-.
Let’s start with the so far „last“ volume of the TV series…or shall we call it ONA series, becasue these episodes were never broadcasted on TV as far as I know…
